We strive to make your dental visits as easy as possible, including your interactions with our experienced reception desk staff. These professionals have a multitude of training in all aspects of their position, including billing and appeals of insurance claims. Whether or not we are in-network for your PPO plan, we will work with your insurance company to get the coverage that you are entitled to.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment and deductible. Insurance coverage is not intended to dictate the care you receive.
If your insurance company agrees to make payment directly to our office we can take your estimated deposit at the time of service, and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled, even if you have already made payment on your account.
**Note: Refund requests must be made by phone or in-office, and are subject to approval process, which man take up to 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
